My Boys and Me

Baseball season number 3 for Braeden has BEGUN! He had his first baseball practice last Thursday night and although we are so sad he doesn’t have the same coach as last year (who was simply THE BEST), we were happy to see there were about 5 kids from his team last year on his team again.

I am very happy to hear that the weather is warming up. Thursday night, even the excitement of the season’s start was not enough to keep our toes and fingers from FREEZING!

Mikey has decided that since he can’t officially play on a team yet, he will get as into the game as he can when the boys are practicing. He wants to be out there with Harley and Braeden SO bad that he doesn’t even mind wearing Braeden’s helmet (which is obviously too big). We worry about the boys swinging the metal bats around Mikey and insist he wear a helmet. I wonder if he can even see the ball he is trying to hit.
